Teaching class tonight at the Plaza Hotel in Salt Lake City for the Puget Sound Genealogical Society. We will be discussuing “Obscure and/or Little Used Records in the Family History Library” (right next door). These include I. Sources Unique to the Family History Library (FHL); II. General US Research Tools including “Persi”, “American Genealogical – Biographical Index”, “Biographical & Genealogical Master Index”, National Union Catalogue of Manuscript Collections”; III. Foreign Sources; and Bible Collection.

This class always elicits great response from the attendees. Then they excitedly anticipate thier day in the FHL the next day. Without fail I have several students come and find me in the library to report thier success.
